I have been researching practice management and EMR software, and am considering using OD Link in my new office. I received your names and email addresses from Dr. Craig Cutler as references for his software. I was wondering if I might ask you a few questions:

1. Are you satisfied with your OD Link software?
Yes, very! 2. Are there any features that you feel the software is lacking?
Not really. Very comprehensive, in fact, we still aren't using all the features (not the System's fault) but hope to be able to do so in the near future. 3. Do you have any experience with other more well-known practice management and/or EMR software - if so, how would you compare those products to OD Link?
Do you have any concerns about the fact that OD Link is not a well-known, widely used software system? Used the RLI system for several years. OD Link is much, much better and far less expensive. 4. Are you satisfied with the customer service and support you receive from OD Link?
